I needed to have a new dressing post-operatively because I mis-managed a shower and the old dressing was wet. Appointment organised for within an hour of calling in. Within 2 minutes of arriving Ali, the nurse on duty, changed the dressing and could not have been more charming and professional. Experience overall was first class+++!

World class facilities and doctors I went there to visit Dr Ben Thomas for my back pain, one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He examined my case thoroughly and he very quickly arranged to see me at the Wimbledon clinic and have an MRI on the same day. All personnel were super helpful and kind. I had my results in 20 minutes and we had the appointment where he clearly suggested me the best options available for my case. Leaving I asked the reception to give me the MRI scan files and because they were not cd copied yet they offered to mail them in my post free of charge on the next day . Fortius is a truly world class elite organisation in orthopaedic treatment

Do NOT go to Fortius in Wimbledon. I was kept waiting for over 10 minutes while my doctor had a social chat right in front of me including the words 'drinks' and 'canapés'. I have never been treated so unprofessionally! Avoid at all costs.
