I have been using their blood testing service for 3 years now. The process is really easy (they send all the information and explanation videos on how to take the sample). It is very convenient to be able to take those samples from home and be able to choose the blood markers. The results are presented in a dashboard, you can track the evolution of the various markers over time and learn more information about each of them. When I had to contact their customer service they were quick to reply

THIEVES! They take your money and you don’t get the results. I had to save that money, now I have no money, and no results! Two bio markers when I paid for 19!! Atrocious customer service. Do NOT give these people your money. You will regret it!
