As MD of this Business and owner of all the cars, the review below is not accurate or fair. We did refund an agreed amount of money to the client despite the late notice of cancellation. We also offered to hold the money against an alternative date of the client's choice. We did everything we could to come to an amicable solution and the client accepted the refund offer. We pride ourselves on providing impeccable service hence being in business for many years, helping our clients have a memorable and special experience in our beautiful cars.

After booking a car for my daughters prom and paying 50%deposit the prom was cancelled due to the lockdown restrictions being extended after notifying them they emailed me to say that I would not be receiving any of my deposit back 8 days before the event claiming the car would unlikely be re booked ? So there for money would not be returned as a parent you want to give the best to your child no matter the cost but to have it virtually stolen from a company that let's be honest doesn't need the money is horrifying no contract verbal or written acknowledgement was given about a no refund policy even though this goes against consumer right's so to all that wish to hire from this company do it with an air of caution .
