It's ok. Just some offices a few shops, a gym and a hotel. Big car park which can be free if your token is registered depending on where you go. They refuse to offer any bike parking so you end up having to drive. They do have a large selection of 7kw EV chargers though. Which to their credit when they get ICEd they did give out tickets.
