The operative was very helpful and completed a thorough check of our washing machine. Although no fault was found, we were charged over and above the call out charge. I don't understand why you give a call out charge if there is the possibility of it being exceeded when no extra work needs to be completed. I was given no indication that this may happen.

Delivery as expected, fitting was done well and dishwasher set to run first program to ensure all OK. Old machine removed and all done in a friendly and professional manner. Cannot fault the service, we returned to them as they replaced ours and our daughters washing machines some time ago and both were done excellently.

Nice to support local business and I certainly wasn’t disappointed, replacing my integrated washer seemed to pose a challenge but certainly not for Forresters, great advise from the office and the fitter was very professional, explained everything and was friendly, gave an efficient friendly service. Great service. Our tumble drier developed a fault. Contacted Forresters by email to arrange an appointment. Very speedy response and mutually convenient time arranged. Got a text from engineer on the day of appointment to let me know he was on his way. Found problem with drier and got it running again. Would definitely recommend.
