Thoroughly unprofessional and incompetent. Spoke to the manager Dave at the St Albans branch last Wednesday about replacing the water pump on my Kia. Provided all details as relayed by AA mechanic. He confirmed a price and I booked in for the following Tuesday. Turned up yesterday and was told they can't do the replacement as dont have equipment. I was upset. Why wait a week to tell me when the manger himself, who you would think knows how to run the garage, made the appointment for me and confirmed allwas ok. I needed the car and now have to find alternative mechanics and waste more time. Pay a bit more and use a competent garage. Will never use or recommend this garage again. Even one star is to much.

So far It's taken a week to fit tyres on my new wheels! They are brand new and in the boxes so should of been an easy thing to do being a tyre specialist centre. Apparently new wheels are an issue as They are brand new🤔
