Tried to get me to have £580 of work which was not needed . brake shoes were on the metal which they weren't badly lipped discs which wasn't brake fluid needing changing which it didn't .all 4 wheels needing balancing and wheel alignment out all this on a car that passed its MOT 2weeks ago has only done 24000 miles and had a full service at Fords 5000 miles ago.would never use again and will advise my friends and family to do the same

Had a problem previously when they lost a tyre ordered online at a cost of £180, and had to get a refund from their head office. This time ordered a full service plus MOT in Jan as there was a good discount, but ended up paying another £616 due to MOT failure even though the car has only done 9,500 and is only 4 years old. Left waiting for around 10 minutes when collecting the car, as there was no one at the desk to attend to customers. Having given Formula One a further chance I won`t be going back again.

I've been using Formula One for several years now and the Harlow centre in particular is excellent. I book and pay online. Today was an MOT and brake fluid change: I arrived at the scheduled time, was advised of the likely completion time and it was done right on schedule. Tyre prices are very good, I've had countless sets fitted here and I have had air con recharging and brake fluid changes done in the past, all at very competitive prices.
