Go Karting was fun, kids absolutely enjoyed it, although it felt like staff were mostly going through the motions. I had paid for a trophy package, which they forgot to bring with them. They didn't acknowledge this on the day until I queried it - I think they were hoping I might have forgotten. But once I did mention it they promised a prompt refund of the extra I had paid. The refund never came until I sent several emails and had to call them up to chase it. Eventually they sent it through 10 days later.

Simply amazing! this company is run by true gentlemen! Really kind people and they are amazing entertainers for children! We did a party with 25 kids (6 years old). Everyone, including parents, had a brilliant time for the most fantastic fun fuelled afternoon! If it helps, we have chosen pappaciccia catering. They knew location in Battersea and everything worked smoothly.

Rubbish customer service! Called in to get details and potentially book a party package for my child, I literally got fobbed off on the phone to where the connection went, then I got a text telling me that they’re busy and text back - to which I did and no response back. Will be taking my money elsewhere and most definitely will inform others of the rubbish customer service I received.

The most fun I've seen kids have a party. The 3 staff were all really enthusiastic, professional and friendly and the whole thing was thoroughly enjoyed by both kids and parents.
