ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE - Do not use this company. Our previous window cleaner retired, and without our prior knowledge or consent, gave our personal details to Formbys. A card was put though the door to say they had cleaned front and back which was impossible as we were out and gave no access to the back. We were at home for the second clean. The windows were left with streaky stains (despite claims of ionised water) and the outside of the property was drenched. We have emailed and cancelled Formbys, however despite being allegedly taken off the database we have received texts to say they are coming again. Formbys do not answer their telephones or answer emails. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Not impressed with this company. The one and only time they cleaned my windows they were left with streaks and not very clean at all. Had to get them re-done with another cleaner. It was a freebie so did not have to pay as they were touting for business in the area. Now stuck on their 'reminder' list despite repeated requests to be removed from their database. Not recommended and would avoid. Plenty of other chaps out there who do a much better job than the company.

New customer and they didn't show up. Formby's knocked on our door and asked if we'd like our windows cleaned the following day, we said yes and gave them our details. Quoted us £25 for 7 windows - which I've found out is almost double the local rate. Next day rolls around and they didn't even show up.
