Giving one star is even a joke - this company is awful. Promptly paid over £1200 for two moulds to be made over a month ago. They were late sending us even one mould and made the excuse that it was lost in the post and they did not get a tracking number. When we did recieve one, it was clear that they had only just sent it and it was terrible quality. When it was obvious that they couldn't deliver anything decent or on time, we had asked for a refund, only to be told that we could only get 30% back. Finally, after ridiculous email and text exchange, they have agreed to a full refund on the second mould. To date, still haven't had our money returned and been given another excuse that they are having issues with their accountant.
