Saif is a miracle worker! He a skilled osteopath who has drawn on training in multiple disciplines (acupuncture, massage, etc.) to get to the source of complex and persistent pain on my hips and lower back, and sends me out the door taller, straighter, and feeling better than I’ve felt in years. I found Saif in an internet search after wasting two years and a pile of money trying to find an osteopath who could treat an old issue that had flared up due to inactivity during 2020’s lockdown. My mobility was compromised, I was in recurring pain and couldn’t sleep thought the night because of pain flare-ups. I was at my wits’ end with frustration and pain. And then I had my first appointment with Saif. His calm, easygoing manner masks a determined and, at times, intensive approach to treating the source(s) of the issue with the end goal of not needing him, or at most, a tune-up from time to time. Whether you are one of his A-list patients or not (I’m not) be warned - some of the sessions had me in tears from pain as Saif released and realigned. However at the end of every session I felt AMAZING. After starting with 1-2 appointments each week, these are now at 6-week intervals and I’m able to do all the activities I used to do before 2020 with vitality and enthusiasm. I couldn’t be happier and recommend Saif 100%.

Simply amazing! I have a chronic back pain and visited so many doctors, osteopaths and physios in London over the last few years. Unfortunately none of them was able to help with the pain. After trying so many treatments and I can honestly say Saif is simply the best one out there- he quickly spotted the problem, explained what’s causing my back pain and fixed my back in no time. I have been having weekly treatments at the clinic and I am feeling great- no back pain anymore. Highly recommend the clinic as it’s pretty rare one can find such professional, truly knowledgeable and capable osteopath in London!
