I have dealt with many structral engineers over the years but james and FORM Consulting are in a league of their own. They are professional, attentive, customer orientated and they DO TAKE CALLS after you have paid the bill. Pricing was fair and competitive and their communication is excellent, they keep you informed throghout the prcess and they do what they say they will do. Cannot reccomend them enough. Don't waste you time calling others, i did and it was a complete waste of my time. Keep doing what you do FORM CONSULTING
