Honestly, 1 star is too high. CWC area church parade to be precise. The bin store has had no lock for 6 months and is being abused- it’s disgusting! I’ve asked numerous times by phone, email and live chat for the two extra keys I’ve paid for to access my home. Entire family trying to use same key for months now. Housing officer Krystian hasn’t even responded to my emails and frankly forhousing assume everyone in social housing sits on their arse all day! I work 6 days a week and want what I’ve paid for!! Hate that I have to mither my local MP about this now, but there’s zero help or communication from forhousing. Absolute shambles and expecting rent for a property we can’t even access properly!

I’m a for housing tenant and I am in a 2 bedroom property with a child with special needs and is mobile and they are refusing to help me find somewhere suitable for her they are allowing me to carry her up and down stairs 6/7 times a day there is mould on my cellings and damp and my child is suffering inside a travel cot at the age of 6 due to her bedroom being to small for her special needs bed and the housing just don’t seem to care , I am at risk of falling or dropping my child due to having to carry her everywhere in the property .. For housing are a waste of time

Review of service in Ellesmere Port Cheshire and Cheshire West. Appalling management of housing stock and tenancies. Don't respond to complaints and issues raised. Very difficult and sometimes impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They invite you to book an appointment online for someone to call you to discuss the issue but then don't ring which makes the booking system a total waste of time. All lip service and nothing more. Housing stock being allowed to become slums in many areas.

Never contact you repairs to street light still waiting since August pay extortionate rent for a garage but haven't maintained the areafor around for 5 years when contacted never reply or sort issues out should have stayed under local councils controll

Absolutely shocking ask for updates for where you live nothing gets done but good enough to up the rent cost maintence also gardening you ask for jobs to be done in your property then they have to get others in to follow up but don’t put into place so then your phoning to follow up your jobs that have not been completed waste of time good enough to take your money to pay them but not good enough to look after the properties absolutely shocking in my eyes when for time and time ur trying to tell them updates why but get no where with them

Reported I had no heating or hot water on 5th Jan. Got a call on 6th Jan with an appointment made for 10th jan with it being classed as an regency as the person on the phone said it sounded like I had a water leak. No one attended the appointment. It's snowing outside, me and my child are freezing and can't even take a warm bath. We're both really poorly with a chest infection and it isn't going to get better. I've reported this 3 times since, no one has got back to me. Also made 2 complaints with no response. I'm contacting my Mp.
