    Sue was as perfect as I could have hoped for at a really horrible time. She went above and beyond for my daughters and I and, well, she’s incredibly good at helping with grief management. Thank you Sue. As a side note, to repeat a previous review, I called 2 other crematoriums recommended by the vet as I am not that local, they were both closed at the weekend. I needed someone Saturday morning, there and then. I did not want my boy going to the clinical vet unnecessarily. Sue was there and was perfect. Blue went in the most beautiful countryside setting. A very comforting thought to carry with me.

    Unfortunately I never got to visit this place.. I wasn’t aware that I could take my cat there after his passing and he was left to be picked up from the vet… however, I have had his ashes back in a lovely scatter tube presented in a beautiful bag with a set of paw prints 🐾 and a personal message and feel assured that he was treated with dignity and respect. Am happy to have him home where he belongs 😊

Her caskets are lovely and you get a lock of fur and paw print in a wonderful forever keepsake quality envelope tied up with ribbon.     I have not yet used Forget Me Not's services but the wonderful and kind lady that is Sue owns it, is so lovely. I rang to discuss and put in place plans for when my precious boy passes as I know I will be in no fit state to discuss it then.I highly recommend calling her. My Mother In Law used them when her Dog passed and she said they were fabulous. Update 11.06.20 - My boy passed Feb 2019, and I'm still grieving now, but what Forget Me Not did for me late that night I'll will never forget. Thank you!
