Had flowers arranged for my Grandad's funeral. We live in Lincolnshire so had to order the flowers over the phone with only a photo on the website to guide us. We also asked if the lettering on the open heart arrangement could be altered slightly and the arrangement to be delivered to the funeral directors whilst we travelled down to Grays. The first time we saw the flowers was on the hearse and we were absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty and perfection of the arrangement and the lettering, you did my Grandad proud thank you so much T&J
