Wanted to share what happened this morning. My daughter came off the road at 5:45 this morning, hit black ice on the way to work on Harewood road and ended up in a ditch. She was very shook up and crying when I arrived. Tried to dig her out, it was pitch black and fast moving traffic made it very dangerous. About to give up, a Forge recycling wagon pulled up, checked if everybody was ok and set his wagon at an angle to protect my daughter. Lights flashing things all of a sudden seemed at lot better. Two minutes later strap attached and safety pulled out. Thank you so much to the driver. A true gentleman and definitely our hero.

Im always against auto renewal as payments can automatically be made and contracts renewed for a full year but sometimes its difficult to remember these dates. But this firm was on another level Upon realising in mid September that our contract anniversary was due in the first week of December and i wouldn't like to renew, i called them informing them that i wouldnt like to use their service anymore. I was told over the phone that they wanted 3 months notice before the auto renewal was due in order to not be charged for the whole of next years contract. which is ridiculous!! So you've automatically signed up for something 3 months before your going to use that service without signing or agreeing to anything with a full cancellation charge for the full 15 months ahead? If someone overlooks this like i did it, they asked for the full payment for the 12 months after the auto renewal date as i hadnt cancelled 3 moths prior to the december date. They never got it of me ofcourse, but they tried. Avoid.
