Forge lifts are run by two extremely knowledgeable and attentive people in the form of Jacob and Liam. They simply couldn't do enough for me when I experienced a breakdown on a lift I was examining, and it wasn't even a lift they maintain! Within a few minutes, I had the lift back in service because of the help they gave. They simply aim to offer the highest level of service they can and it shows. Having examined a few lifts they service, I can honestly say they keep their lifts in stellar condition and the reliability is always high. They'll move heaven and earth to ensure any issues are resolved quickly whether you're the duty holder of the lift or an insurance inspector. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
