Worst GP ever. Can’t even get an appointment early in the morning. Might as well shut down if they’re not providing a community a good service.

After relocating to S9 I needed a new GP. Safe to say I was extremely concerned after reading so many shocking reviews. I decided to register here due to the many services they offer and in 5 months I haven't encountered a single problem. 1. Yes, waiting in a phone queue of 10+ people is annoying if you're ill, but I have been able to get an appointment / call back the same day when I've needed & so has my husband. 2. Every receptionist, nurse and GP I have spoken to has been amazing. Everyone has been very polite and professional. 3. Dr Simkins and Dr Kumar were both understanding and took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns and offer sensible actions moving forward - the most any GPs have listened to me in years. Thanks to all the staff who are clearly working their socks off to provide a really great service.

Can never get an appointment even when stood at reception, staff obstructive being trying for a week to get to speak to a Dr or get an appointment, not a chance if you work, can't even use AskmyGp anymore at least had a fighting chance of at least talking to a GP, not anymore back to trying to get past what passes for reception staff

Worst medical centre in the area, been phoning since 8.30am when it opened unable to get through. Finally at 9.20am I get through to being on the list for 10th caller. When I do get to the number one spot at 9.33am the receptionist tells there is no availability appointments at the moment, will have to call back tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous service

You have more chance of winning the lottery than getting a GP appointment here. The calling system is a joke as it is near impossible to book over the phone. Sadly, they got rid of the MyGP app and I suspect it was because it was actually useful. As others have stated, the reception staff are outrageously rude to put it mildly - although I have noticed that their bad attitude magically disappears when you go down to the surgery and (politely) confront them.

The worst GP ever! Getting in touch with them takes ages. My 6yr old was really sick last week after being seen at the A&E they told us to go back to our GP for further tests. Takes ages to get through to reception and when I did I was told to take him back to the A&E. they didn’t even book an appointment to see him (they can never book you an appointment except on the day which is ridiculous). This is just one of the many horrible experiences we’ve had with them. I could write a book of horrible experiences with this particular GP

Absolutely useless, been trying to get an appointment for three years, seriously! Try calling and you’ll find out. Had to take a day off work to queue outside only to be told to go home and wait for a callback. They may as well tell you to go and die quietly at home. What the hell we pay our taxes and NI for I’ve no idea
