My car went in for a new timing belt. This was the first time I’ve used Forge but I will definitely use them again. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They were the least expensive of all the quotes I’d received. There were no hidden extra fees as is frequently the case with other garages. I’m an elderly woman. The staff were all very friendly. What a grand little business. May in todays world be a bit old fashioned but a small team of superb chaps. I am from Lincolnshire and whilst up in Yorkshire had a small accident with my car and needed it checked for safety before I returned home. On recommendation from a main dealer I rang them and visited this afternoon. Tho grand chaps put it up on a ramp and removed a small broken part that was flapping about and declared car safe.. on completion I asked how much I owed them and they said yo7 don’t, I tried to give them something for a drink but it was refused. Brilliant service, had the coolant cap on my car repaired after it had broken off and become stuck, due to my partner being heavily pregnant we needed the repair doing urgently as we could need to dash to the hospital at any point, despite being extremely busy forge were kind enough to squeeze us in and un-wedged the old cap and fitted us a new one.
