The worst of the worst farm/butcher/meat company ever experienced. Seems like they dont care about their customer. Very very unprofessional.. Poor service. Unreliable. Rude staff and liars. My experience was the worst ever in my entire small business..i lost customer for there unreliable and inexperience with a customer like me. I place an order and by the time i pick up there is nothing to collect, and instead of telling me sorry for the poor service and nit getting my order, they told me i ddnt order..i travelled almost 2hrs and telling me i dont have my order..worst is i have to wait from 6am to 3pm..and still not getting what i order, keep telling that they will sort out..

Used to really love this place, until I was scammed into paying double, or even triple on a few occasions. Customer service is appalling, have spoken to them about overcharging me, but it seems the customer is always wrong. Just an example, The large woman upstairs can’t seem to explain why something is £10 one day and the next day it’s £25! There is also an asian guy who tries to make me pay cash, when overcharging me, so makes me think they are pocketing the cash for themselves.
