Unfortunately I had the same experience as Noodly Appendage reviewer, although they tried to swap masseuse for the doctor after 10 minutes. When I got up to leave saying this was not normal she said she would continue to massage me. A few minutes later the same interruption and the masseuse said she had to leave again with doctor saying she could give me a free 60 minutes massage. I put on my clothes and left and demanded my money back and also cancelled my cupping and acupuncture course. The ridiculous thing was it wasn’t a very good massage anyway..straight to oil on a deep tissue massage and bottle propped between my legs…but I was willing to tolerate this. I think she was the only masseuse working that day and being a long term customer they thought I would tolerate the poor treatment and didn’t want to refuse business as she went next door to massage someone else !The sad thing is they used to be a really good masseuse that left 6 months ago which is when I booked the massage course. I think a lot of people have this pass the parcel treatment and they just don’t seem to realise this is not normal. If it happens to you get your money back and go for some reflexology at Reflections a few doors down to calm down( they were great) or don’t go at all. Being philosophical maybe it was time for me to move on and my reflexology at Reflections was great !

Google wouldn’t let me give 0 stars out of 5 so I have given 1 star. The massage itself wasn’t good. The masseuse left half way through the massage and then another masseuse took over. That is NOT normal. That really interrupted the massage and made me feel uncomfortable. A new masseuse then took over and then when her phone rang out loud she answered it and continued to have a conversation while neglecting the massage that I had paid for! Then at the end she was unhappy with me because I didn’t want a happy ending because she wanted make more money out of me. To be honest I have a feeling the people working there aren’t even allowed to work in the UK. When the massage ended I was asked to give a £10 tip. Here’s a tip. Learn how to treat your customers with some respect! Stay clear! Especially when there are some better places near by. I highly recommend Spa and Massage on Newman Street.

Worst place. I went there twice to give everyone a second chance. Both times i asked for lympho drainage massage and they gave me a mixture of deep tissue and just relaxing (which it wasnt). After checking 10mins in the type of massage they barely could understand me and insinuated I had to pay more and that they could only do the one i asked for for the reminder of the minutes and they still continued doing the wrong one. When I asked for a contribution back or a discount for the next for getting it wrong rhey started yelling at me in a language i couldnt understand.

Pls don’t go here. The girl Sasha hardly knows English and no training in massaging. Just checking on her phone and I mentioned for deep tissue initially so she only did back and legs for 50 mins with occasional rubs on my arms. When asked why no massage on turning and feet and hands , stretching ?, she says no chest massage and why no feet she say deep tissue so back and leg. Totally rubbish and wastage of my money. Pls don’t go.

Please do not go here!!! The girls are not trained in massage therapy. The person that "massaged" me was secretly scrolling through her phone while rubbing my feet. This is NOT a massage place: 1 hour of stroking my and my friend's back in a terrible way, and the very revealing outfits/highheels of the ladies suggest this is a different kind of place.
