From the moment I walked in the door to seeing the final flower products on the days of two funerals, one this year and another last year, the service from the staff at Forever Green Florists in Winton, Bournemouth was exemplary. The beautiful heart in soft pinks colours and the soft natural sheaf with perfect rose's were absolutely beautiful, both with all the detail that I asked for included perfectly and made both very sad days just a little brighter. If you are looking for amazing, caring and professional service, with beautiful flowers made exactly to suit your requirements, I would recommend this florist every time.

I posted a negative review Monday morning after receiving flowers that I wasn’t happy with… I received a call from Chrissy and asked me for some feedback on my review. Chrissy did explain that she didn’t have a particular type of flower that featured in this bouquet and I did accept that but still felt I didn’t reflect the cost etc and would contact her suppliers due to flowers dying after 3 days … anyway Chrissy did offer a full refund or to replace the flowers to which I expected a replacement bunch as wanted for this to be rectified as never had any issues from this florist when I’d used it before.. yesterday a replacement was delivered which was much better and am really happy with. Thank you Chrissy will have no problem with using or recommending you again 🙂🙂
