    Last minute spa day treat for me! Time to unwind and relax. This was my second visit in September. I parked at the hotel (parking can get busy, but is free at the hotel if you can grab a space). Warm reception on arrival, robes, slippers and towels provided. I used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is only small but perfect for a leisurely swim. (The pool area is a little tired, hence the four stars. They did advise that this is going to be revamped soon) The treatment was great, a massage, body exfoliation and facial. The room was warm and cosy and the treatment bed was comfy. Back in my robe, I then enjoyed a glass of pink fizz and chilled out in the relaxation area. Self service teas and water are also available while you take time to unwind. A lovely day and just what I needed. Thank you all. I look forward to returning soon.

    Wonderful sparkling afternoon tea pamper, facial was wonderful best ever and the afternoon tea was delicious. Service from all staff was great. The pool and spa area were a let down, jacuzzi not working and everything looking a bit tired and run down. Hopefully this will be rectified soon and these areas will be of the same standard as the rest of the setting, as the treatment and relaxation rooms were lovely, and the restaurant were all lovely.     One of the most enjoyable spa treatments I’ve ever had. The pool/spa area is very dirty and run down but I feel it’s unfair to reflect this on the treatment area which is relaxing, comfortable and immaculately clean. The therapists are friendly and the treatments are excellent and great value for money. Hopefully the refurbishment work to the pool and spa area will be completed soon and the whole experience can reflect the fabulous treatments at Forever Gorgeous Service: Massage

    My boyfriend and I had really great full body massages (it was lovely to have the option of a double treatment room for us!). We enjoyed use of the hot tub and pool but would agree with previous reviews that it needs TLC (broken pieces of drain around the hot tub and the nice body wash and shampoo in the showers were empty). The relaxation room was great too!
