Thank you for all your help with our purchase for railway sleepers to say we are happy is an understatement. From ordering to Delivery we received a first class service. I can't fault Forestrall, I ordered some timber online early in the morning one evening, the next morning it was delivered to my doorstep. A couple of days later I noticed an issue with said timber (unfortunately after I had cut it to size) and within hours and on the same day I rang, they were at my doorstep with timber to replace all of it. Unfortunately one of the pieces had a similar issue but it was graciously taken away with a promise of a replacement. Top marks and way above and beyond what I would normally expect.
