They will over charge you and put bogus items on your bill. We had are dog in to get stitches £380 when they came undone a day later They charge us £570 to do it again When I looked at the bill they had charged when an additional £50 For a follow up consultation. I mean if you took your car to a garage And the work completed was not done correctly when you return you wouldn't expect to pay again to have it done properly. And certainly wouldn't expect to be charged a consultation fee. Con artists

I recently had my Jack russell Gyp put to sleep, and I can't thank forest veterinary staff at Eastwick enough for the care and consideration that they showed us at such a devastating time for me and my husband, they made my baby go over the rainbow with such peace and dignity the receptionist was very thoughtfuland caring . Thank you so much.

Took our cat here recently for an overall check as he was adopted and hadn't been to a vets before. The vet we saw was a very compassionate lady. We had some issues with further tests as we had only booked him in for blood tests. Which we paid for on the day. They tried to charge us for a urine sample which we were not aware of and at the time did not have the extra cash to pay for! So we paid for the blood as planned. They won't give us the results of the blood tests which costs were covered for, as they decided to add on a urine sample on top plus additinal fees which were covered in a previous visit! They dont explain anything to you and are clearly only trying to get as much money as they can out of you! Trying to resolve the matter meant dealing with an extremely arrogant receptionist!!! They refuse to give us his results ( WHICH WE HAVE PAID FOR) and are almost vile to deal with! SORT YOUR RECEPTIONIST OUT! We will NOT be returning to this practice.... Don't take your pets here!

Sadly we had to have my mum's dog put down this week. Due to him having chemo unfortunately I wasn't allowed close contact with him as I am pregnant. The vets thought of everything so that I could still say goodbye to him as I was really close to him but in a safe way so it was safe for me and my unborn baby . I couldn't thank them enough. Also a massive thank you to Leanne the vet that was brilliant and showed so much compassion and understanding in his last moments. I highly recommend anyone to go here as this vetinary practice truly care.

I’m very happy with the service I received. Big thank you to Sharon and the team. My cat required immediate radiation therapy for hyperthyroidism, for which you normally need to wait months. Sharon managed to get me an appointment within 2 weeks, which probably has saved my cat. She was also kind enough to keep my cat one extra day without additional fee when I was unable to collect my cat on the discharge day due to strike. 3 months later my cat received all clear. The insurance claim was made by the clinic super quickly. No issues at all, thanks guys

Been taking my dog for a skin condition. Still not resolved but charged over £200. The Harlow practice only seems interested in getting money out of you but not providing the correct care for your pet. Really poor attitudes. I did contact you before posting the review and raised my concerns. But you were not interested. Therefore I posted this review.

Interesting to read all the negative reviews on here , especially about the rude receptionists . My poorly 14 year old dog could only get an appt at Epping as Harlow was full . Very nice vet kept him in for a few hours and sorted him out . The next day he had deteriorated and I was too upset so my daughter called them And managed to get an appointment and took him to Harlow branch . She saw a very nice male vet who told her some upsetting news and as she came out with my dog ,to pay ,the receptionist was so rude to her , despite seeing that my daughter was in tears . We decided later in the day that he needed to be put to sleep as he was suffering , phoned Harlow and again rude lady said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything that day . What the heck !!! My dog was suffering and they couldn't help out . In desperation I phoned another vet practice who told me , my own vet practice had a duty of care to my animal and she suggested I phoned the out of hours surgery in Epping after Harlow was shut . I did this and the lady on the phone was lovely and gave us an appointment within an hour. The whole experience fortunately was as good as it could be ,considering the circumstances . The lovely male vet I saw was compassionate , friendly and caring and my poor dog was put out of his misery that evening. cost me an extra £200 for out of hours appt, Which I'm sure pleased them.I will be getting a new furry friend in a few months time but definitely will not be using this vets again . SORT OUT YOUR RUDE RECEPTIONIST AT HARLOW and show some compassion to your clients . Don't bother to reply to this , it's just a standard message you send to everyone by the looks of it , Can't even be bothered to write a personal reply .... 😕

Took my dog to them to be told my dogs spine had slipped out of place an needed surgery for 6 grand or to put her down as wasn't fair. So went to another vet for a second opinion to be told it was a phantom pregnancy and after some anti flamatries she was fine after 2 days. Would never go there again i nearly lost my dog.
