Avoid. They lost gallbladder biopsy results. Our sick cat was sedated for this and now we don't have results and need to sedate the cat yet again, they issued the refund, but it is not quite helping in our case. UPD: We are now on week 8 of antibiotics, the new vet is unable to do the biopsy cause the gallbladder is damaged. So having the result would be a wonder for us. Just avoid this clinic at any cost. It’s: - Neglectful - Overpriced - The nurse was borderline rude - They didn't call us to tell us that they have lost the sample until we actually started requesting it (it was more than 2 weeks at that point) My blood is boiling just by thinking about this clinic. If you value your pet - do not step your foot in the Forest vet clinic

I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for my dog. Within a couple of hours of treating her they diagnosed her with sepsis. They rung me after closing hours to ask if i wanted to go and spend some time with her as they didnt think she would make it through the night as it was that bad. Thankfully she did make it and they gave her the best treatment and care i could ask for. They updated me several times a day and even allowed me to go and sit with her every evening as she was going to be in there for some time. I wouldnt take her anywhere else now.

Sadly they are significantly overpriced. A procedure they quoted over £550 for was completed at another vets for £150. Staff were all friendly and helpful on my last few visits. However my experience with them during the first lockdown in 2020 was terrible. They misdiagnosed my cat, totally missing his ruptured diaphragm. By the time they figured it out I had a £2000 bill and a dead cat. I also wasn't allowed to go and say goodbye to him due to their lockdown rules. They offered to bring him outside to the car park but said he was in a bad way and would need various things removed from him to do that and that wouldn't be fair on him. They did knock a bit off the bill, but to me they just seem to over charge for everything. I now use another vets.

If only no stars was a option avoid this pet hell at all costs it could cost your your pet!! We took our puppy down for emergency treatment who was in their care for 5 days they found nothing! I was insistent on taking her home despite the vet saying she should be put to sleep immediately her exact words where you could spend 10000 on this dog you won't save her, I took her the next morning to be put to sleep at another vetinary hospital in romford vets4pets who diagnosed her in 30 seconds!! And then bought her back despite treatment being severely delayed due to the malpractice of this god forsaken place

Vet sauntered into the practice 25 minutes late for my appointment (I saw them entering the building) leaving me waiting for half an hour in the waiting room with a sick and increasingly nervous and worried pet. I've since changed vet (who is also better priced).

The nursing staff very friendly but the receptionists let the team down. One barely looked up at me from her mobile phone and didn't crack a slight smile when I walked in, the second one at least smiled when she returned to her desk even if she was eating (particularly enjoyed hearing her folk dragging on her teeth, chewing and her strong smelling food. I had already had bad experiences with the reception team when I had rung to make an appointment and wasn't sure if I could get away from work to get there; I was told "well, if you wanted a choice of times you should have rung sooner" when I said I wasn't sure if I could do the time she gave me. Which I feel was a little rude and verging on sarcastic. I took the appointment because I felt a bit bullied and a pain to be making the appointment but had to call the morning of the appointment to move it back to a later time which the receptionist (a different lady) sorted for me with ease. Well safe to say I will not be recommending this practice, but hope that this may trigger further training for staff. Let's hope they treat animals better than humans minimum.

We had excellent veterinary care at the Forest Veterinary Centre in Epping. We hadn't realised how ill our dog, Tilly, was when we took her there as an emergency late in the evening of 28th August. Sadly she died just after midnight but the treatment that Tilly received and the compassion that was shown to us as owners was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.

Very bad experience with the Lady doctor/nurse from this clinic, to be short she didn't examine/clean properly my puppy's finger ,in 2 days the toe get black and fall off. Worse decision ever to go there.
