Really great place to stay. Spacious room and very comfortable bed, plus a communal kitchen and seating area which was handy. Also lovely helpful staff! Very easy to walk into Lyndhurst centre from here and access the new forest trails.

I really could not find the right words to explain this beautiful guest house, it has been decorated to a high standard, it has a slightly modern feel, but also retains some of its older characters. Several things truly stuck out when I entered our room, the cuddly horse placed on the bed, the mini fridge, should we need it and the size of the towels, wow, normally the largest towel you get given, is enough to wrap around your hair and you then have to drip dry, but not here, the bath sheet was exactly that, a nice big, soft towel, what a nice home comfort that was. The owner/manager was so kind, helpful, respectful and considerate. She gave us information on the local area, and places to visit/eat. Covid guidelines followed, hand sanitiser in main areas. Ample parking at the rear of the guest house. I honestly can not wait to go again.

Excellent guesthouse, spacious comfortable rooms and just 5 minute walk from Lyndhurst with a variety of restaurants, pubs etc. Rosetta, the landlady, was wonderful and very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this guesthouse and furthermore Lyndhurst is an excellent location in the Forest as it is right in the middle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosetta's guesthouse! The room was very spacious and decorated with love, the cleanliness was top level and the location good enough, just a short walk needed to reach Lyndhurst centre. Rosetta is a wonderful person, full of positivity and enthusiasm. All in all a lovely experience, we hope we'll be back!
