Delivery was quick but had to return due to being too large, ordered replacement which also arrived promptly but over 3 wks and not had my refund, contacted numerous times, called me back but to no avail, I have signed for proof that that have my return. They have now closed it all for Xmas including their website so I can't now contact them until mid Jan. Will never deal with again, only thing I can do is physically write but they aren't going to see that til they open again either. Update, had a call to explain another place had accepted the return on their behalf but did not let them know. They now have the return and despite being closed for Xmas said they will attempt to process my refund. Regarding calls made to me there were 2 which I could not take due to working but listened to the message and waited to be contacted the next day which I wasn't and when I tried to call the line is closed as is the website for the holiday period. I received only 1 email regarding this. Hopefully will now all be sorted, I would like to have the money back in my account before Xmas but appreciate the closure and how busy things are and do feel confidently assured that it will be done as soon as they possibly can. Great items at good value and misunderstanding resolved, well almost, and I will up the star rating once I have my refund
