Visit Center today for ENT, big sign on reception that staff does not work for ENT, could not see any kiosk to sign in or any staff member being proactive for ENT, was on time but missed appointment because they are not organised, very annoyed, waste of my time.

Practice opening hours 8:30am - 18:30pm Mon - Fri. Plenty of parking outside the practice, free for 1hr. Clean inside, plenty of seating and friendly staff. I was seen within my appointment time. Looking at some of the previous reviews and patient experiences I didn't feel like that.

This place needs to be closed down as there seems to be no improvement from what I can see on the other reviews there is definitely no care in this care team the receptionists are rude lack basic empathy and communication skills and the go are lazy and don’t take responsibility for there lack medical knowledge. I would advise people to find another practice
