I don’t know where to start with my experiences from this dr’s. Booking an appointment is beyond a joke. I have longterm health conditions, i’m only 23, and it feels like the practice have only just started taking it seriously even though i’ve been suffering and trying to get somewhere for years now. Took years to actually put my diagnosis on record, then just palmed me off with high dose meds and no follow up care. Only questioning referring me to the pain clinic recently after i found out about the service myself. When i had an abscess, one doctor told me i might have diabetes (even though i’m a healthy weight for my build) whilst another doctor in a separate appointment rightfully confirmed my suspicions of an abscess. I wish they’d provide more care for those with longterm chronic illnesses, it’s not fair we get left on loads of tablets that barely work with no support.

Really grateful to everyone at the surgery. They always treat me with kindness, respect and book me in when needed. Their diabetic nurse is fantastic and they communicate well through text and the online patient system. Thank you all! Really pleased with the service I've received since moving to the area.

Unable to see face to face a doctor without a long wait and now unable to speak with your in-house pharmacist for a MONTH beyond belief!! What are you running over there, Fred Karno and his circus have left town for good leaving it all to you.

The surgery is clearly under immense pressure they have always offered an appointment (I don't visit very often), more often than not face to face at their insistence. Care is good as is the follow up. Am shocked that so many people still fail to turn up for their appointments and the surgery are powerless to respond in any way.

Can't say enough about how helpful the receptionists have been, in the past, and especially last week. Listened to what I said was wrong, even though it was afternoon got a doctor to ring me in a couple of hours and had a prescription waiting to collect locally at Boots by 6pm. Also got a call back in a couple of days to ask how I was and what help they could give in future. Thank you Really grateful :-)

Getting an appointment is near impossible, online system always says nothing available. I live Thorpe astley and for me I have a condition where walking can be trouble for me but they won’t book me in to the closer practice and I end up having to walk or spend money on a taxi to get to the doctors because there isn’t a bus service from my area to warren lane. This should be changed for Forrest house to me the main practice for painters that live in Thorpe Astley.

I definitely love the warren lane and forest house medical centre have merged into one now. Fantastic and helpful staff. Something to bare in mind, appointments can be hard to get, especially if you really need it, I hope the surgery hires more staff to deal with the numbers and make appointments accessible each day, I understand their is a shortage of staff/doctors at the surgery from, covid 19. Apart from that, helpful staff, great rejectionist team.
