Had an appointment yesterday for a deep scale and polish with Ankita. She managed my expectations before the procedure and the reality was even better during and after. My gums do not bleed at all 24hrs later and there is no soreness whatsoever. Ankita was happy to answer any questions and she truly cares about your treatment. i cannot speak highly enough A+++ Thanks and see you on the 15th :)

Do the reception staff know what they are doing? I raise this question because for the second time, my appointment has just been cancelled. The first time it was cancelled I wasn't informed until I arrived. The second time, less than half an hour before my appointment, 1137 to be exact, it has been cancelled again! And they require 48 hrs notice of cancellation from me if I cannot attend..!! Ridiculously, the second time of cancellation, they changed a 1215 appointment to 1205 without informing me why just a couple of days before. It was in a reminder text for the upcoming appointment!! I'll be looking for another dental surgery now because I have lost all trust in their appointment system. I'll not lose a days earnings every time they want to shuffle my appointment about, when it suits them, without adequate notice.

Very happy with this dental practice. They appear to have good awareness of autistic spectrum disorders, and as such, I've been able to go to appointments when support from friends/family is not always available. Ria (Dentist) is amazing! as are the front desk receptionists.

Just avoid. Most of the dentists are ok to be fair, but not all and if you get the wrong one, you are in trouble like me (filling clearly not done right 3 months ago and now gone, not allowed to swap dentist and yet they did swap dentist without asking me last time I visited, etc...total mess). Reception is totally unhelpful, repeat the same things over and over again, absolutely no sense of customer service. Atrocious.

I would like to express their opinions on this dentist not fortunately I am not satisfied with the customer service of the month please remember to register me, and still I have an answer that already occupied terms crowing that are shooting a very nasty and not pleasant I'm Polish I think I have a problem I do not recommend this dentist

I saw Ria Dentist today as an emergency appointment. She was very calm & comforting. She explained everything clearly & listened to me too. I hope I can register as an NHS patient with you as have just retired November last year. . All my pain has gone & feel reassured. Also Hannah the receptionist was very kind & polite.Thanx for your help.
