I would rate my experience with the service department as a 1. They simply don't care and are at complete opposite to what w experienced during the sales process. It has taken nigh on 4 weeks for them to make time for an engine warning light, which resulted in parts finally replaced today. To top it off, we specifically asked for the car not to be washed as it is ceramic coated and incorrect washing will damage this. Guess what? We now have a car where the water no longer beads.....I certainly would not recommend this cowboy outfit in any way. They have also lost my future sales.

Well what can I say. Just purchased a car from here and great to find good old fashioned customer service. The garage is a good hour and a half from me yet Diane was brilliant sorting everything out ready for collection. Nothing was to much trouble, no pressure selling and a fantastic after sales service. Not many companies still offer this kind of service
