    First delivery date nobody turned up... forgivable if something unforeseen had occurred but I had phoned earlier in the day to get a clearer picture of delivery time. Told someone would call back with a time - nothing. Then no delivery eitheršŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Waited half hour after delivery slot delaying other arrangements. Call third party because office closed before end of delivery time given. Sent a text the next day detailing new delivery date. Delivery date 2: Driver seemed to have been drafted in last minute and turned up about 6.10pm. The photos speak for themselves really. Mouldy, broken, crunched and several massive chunks missing from edges. Just an absolute pile of rotting junk. Convinced by the 3rd party I purchased through to give a last chance. No communication from Forest Garden for 4 days. Again go back to 3rd party for refund to be informed redelivery is coming just no contacts been madešŸ˜© Delivery date 3. Most of the product seemed "better" but still about 20% mouldy as previous. On finding more boards with chunks missing declared defeat with this company and sent away again. Never had a problem like this with alternative suppliers or been told "it'll jet spray off" repeatedly.

    Astonishingly poor quality. Covered in green mould, cracks and knots everywhere and the finishing is so poor anyone who tried to use it would get massive splinters. Completely unsafe for children and not at all fit for purpose.

    Ordered a shed and took a day off work for delivery. Shed didn't arrive, I wasn't told anything. Called up the next day to be told next available delivery is 2 weeks away. I get that unforeseen things come up and I wouldn't have minded but I didn't get a call so was waiting in all day, which is a wasted day of leave for me. I'd have then appreciated some urgency to rectify things like arranging delivery the next day or even that week. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this company and would go elsewhere next time

    Letā€™s see how they do. Ordered ultima garden arch through a third party. All went well and delivery was well advised in advance and much quicker than expected. On delivery the arch was found to be in a very poor condition. Wood was water stained and split. Metal on the fastenings was heavily rusted. Looked as though it had been stored badly for some considerable time. Compared to other items on the waggon, the condition of the arch was abysmal and not fit for purpose. This is not what I expected from my experience with many Forest products in the past. The delivery was rejected. Will update on how well they handle this.
