I have found the doctors really responsive, willing to listen and happy to send forth referrals quickly and efficiently where needed. Reception staff are helpful and kind. Some difficulty sometimes finding appointment slots but that's more the system rather than unique to the surgery. Online appointments would be useful.

Great practice. Has been here for couple of years now. Reception staff are great and caring, especially Teresa!!! She is always greeting me with a smile, she is caring, she is friendly and professional at the same time. She is the best receptionist I ever met and I feel like she is a great friend. I am also very happy to see Teresa, even when I’m not well, Teresa is putting smile on my face. Great personality and great person who does her job brilliantly!!!!!!

Excellent surgery, receptionists always helpful and the nurses very caring. A special mention for Dr. Tahir such a kind compassionate man and wonderful doctor. Thank you. Update 04/01/23 Arrived 12 minutes late to see the nurse (2nd time ever being late) and told by the grey haired hag with glasses on the reception that I wouldn't be seen without even asking me why I'd arrived late. This woman has no empathy and really should find another job.
