But when it comes to do them job they refuse to see you … purely u can see they don’t want to work 1milon % .. One thing is surprising me is … all this bad revues and no one from NHS is not geting any action for it .. I will continue to Wright revues all the time …

Worst GP I ever had. Impossibile to get an appointment. And reception staff extremely rude. This morning I called to book an appointment and Virgina the receptionist treated me like if I were a criminal. I never seen someone so rude. Especially with someone who is in need. She basically yelled at me for all the duration of the call. She didn’t provided me with the information I Needed. She told me I should see a chemist instead of calling her (which I did and they told me I need antibiotics) and at one point she also complained because I was coughing. As a cherry on the cake She hang up the call while I was still talking. Without saying goodbye. I had to call back and wait for other 15 minutes to get her name. She said Virginia, but she could have lied. So this is a message for whoever was working on Thursday the 22nd December 2022. I am not asking for much here. I am sick, obviously I need to book an appointment, ask few information and I’d love to receive some answers and a bit of respect. I didn’t do anything wrong so I can’t accept to be treated like that. Virginia. If you don’t like your job, change it. Because you don’t know who you are talking to. You don’t know what this people are going through (also because you don’t listen to them) so just be nice. It’s free. And it could save a life.

I have been with them over 2 years now and it is almost impossible to have an appointment. The receptionists are always irritated over the phone and face to face, especially when I am trying to understand their system, where actually there is no system. Only appointments over the phone call with a nurse/doctor if you are lucky, otherwise you have to call the next day to check again. If I manage one appointment either is cancelled or they don't do much about you. This is the worst practice I ever been to.

The doctor is great, but the customer service is garbage, I cannot get an appointment, and you are constantly, first in cue, but on hold, it feels like the staff just don't wanna answer what is ridiculous this is health care, not food service!.

The Auto Flipping
If you call for an appointment they will only answer when its full, and if you come to the door at 8am as they suggest, bring a matt pillow and blanket as they will turn up only when they want. Waiting on a cold, with a chest infection. Great NHS recruitment

Terrible costumer service from the front house staff. As a carer of a young person with a disability, I have experienced complete lack of compassion. Front staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They make the whole experience as unpleasant as possible. Let’s face it, nobody goes to a GP clinic for entertainment. You normally contact them because you or a dependent are not well and to receive such treatment is despicable. The GPs are ok but you have to jump through many hoops to see one. I absolutely dread needing an appointment knowing I will have to endure talking to one of the reception staff. You will think that someone working in such position requires a basic sense of kindness and humanity. I was wrong!!

The worst Health Centre I've ever engaged with. As someone who is rarely ill I struggle to understand how the sick are supposed to deal with this constant atrocious service. Shocking. If only they were paid on their performance and customer satisfaction, they would sort the terrible service out.
