Takes them a year to issue an ATAS certificate. Most students were seriously affected by the delayed paperwork, and had to make alternative study plans. Btw, the whole ATAS thing is racism because EU and American students don’t need it but Chinese and Indian students.

Lovely historical building and part of English heritage buildings. Check out online for open days that happen once in a year for London’s Open Day event. Very picturesque and beautiful place to visit. Not always accessible but quite busy with tourists and gets quite crowded. Parking is not available and there are generally a lot of people/tourists around.

Very helpful advice line. Just had the need to call re a decision critical and slightly urgent travel question. The initial navigation to get to the correct part of the service was a little unclear (hence 4 stars) but the knowledge and patience of the person on the line was excellent, and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Very reassuring. Keep up the good work with your staff F&CO
