I gave my car as it had an issue with the gearbox, they "repaired" it however they used a faulty gearbox. They charged me £1350 saying they will fix my car however they didn't. They've had my car since February 2023, and only until yesterday 16th May 2023 they gave my car back unfixed. I requested for them to refund me however they kept refusing me, they've also scammed a numerous amount of others. I told him that I will contact the Trading Agency, however Dawood said he's got associates within the Trading Agency and nothing will happen to him. If this is true, it's not fair on the public at all and action should be taken. Whoever has experienced the same issues I'm willing to help and give my evidence, or be a witness.

Absolutely diabolical, avoid at all costs! I bought a part with a 12 month warranty that failed within 4 months. After I was told (and lied too) that they were sending out another part I waited and waited unable to go to work trusting that it would come through. But no. Shocking company, shocking customer service, shocking parts.

very pleased with the customer service of this business helped me out and even fitted it for me i initially came in for a Toyota Prius wing mirror and they explained the different wires they come in and the indicator difference they even had the same colour as mine overall pleased. will visit again.

We went in fcs bharmingham parkfield road yesterday to buy a gearbox from Sheffield. We waited 6 hours but no one helped us. When we asked how long will it take then the person who was director there afsar khan became very rude to us. After 6 hours we we got the gearbox when we asked for receipt he refused to give us. Customer service very poor

Awful experience. Scammed me out of £420 for a part they said they had and was ready to be shipped. Weeks of excuse after excuse for it not being sent. Denial of refund and expected me to pay an admin fee even after they provided neither a service or a product. Highly recommended that you avoid at all costs. Absolute crooks

Don’t bother with this place. Posted a request for a part on first choice then rang this place to confirm the part number and price as I was prepared to drive a 106 mile round trip to collect. Couldn’t tell me what colour it was nor if it was the part number I was after, then contradicted himself by saying it was silver “oh yes we have plenty in stock I will get my colleague to send you pictures” I’m still waiting. Obviously I didn’t waste any more time with this place and after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t
