Terrible service, good looking product. We chose Forecast because of the quality draped look of the marquee and the convenience of accessories they offered, such as the sound system. Ed was slow to get back to my queries, but I cut them some slack, given how busy wedding businesses are currently. However, our issues started when it came to the wedding day. They said they would set up on Thursday. Our Wedding was on Saturday, so we thought that would give us all day Friday to DIY set up all of the table placement and decor ourselves. Unfortunately, Forecast only finished part of the work on Thursday. They said they would be back on Friday morning. They arrived at 11.30am (barely counts as 'the morning') and only finished work at 5pm. This meant that myself & our parents had to do EVERYTHING else on the evening of our wedding. We had expected it to be difficult to pull off, of course. But Forecast not setting up on the day that they said caused us a LOT more stress with setting up. I understand delays can be inevitable, but turning up so late the day before the wedding really showed us that Forecast didn't care about us as a client. We tried to contact Ed about another issue, one of his peers half sniggered about getting a hold of him. Ed never responded to our calls in any way before the wedding. They also left their mats (which are treated in chemicals) carelessly on the grass, which damaged the grass to a lovely shade of brown. The venue owner was not happy about this & no apology was given. To top everything off, they took the hired bunting which they had no consent to take. (Forecast weren't even expecting to put up bunting, no hooks provided inside the marquee, so I know they cannot have thought the bunting belonged to them). My decor hire & the venue owner have chased them up on this. To my knowledge, they have not returned the bunting yet. Overall, the marquee looked lovely on the day & it was handy to hire most accessories from one company. It's a shame that Forecast let us down the day before the wedding in terms of set up.

This marquee may have been the most beautiful marquee we ever saw. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be, with a team who worked hard and delivered beauty. Ed stuck with us through the pandemic, reliable and responsive.

Ed and his team were brilliant. Ed was super helpful in the run up to our wedding, answering my millions of questions, and then when they were setting up, they were quick and efficient. The marquee itself was perfect as were the stage, dancefloor, lighting, tables and chairs. All in all would thoroughly recommend.
