Shalom. Thank you Forbo for recommending a supplier of your products to a disabled person with both physical and mental health issues who worked as a floor layer for some 30 years before becoming such. For recommending your preferd supplier who then ripped the disabled person off for the sum of approx £200. I thank you also for not getting involved even when told about the scandal and even when you new they purchased the flooring with there backdated Personal Independence money which they used to help themselves by buying your products to insure there own safety and well-being. So Thank you Forbo and God bless.

Forbo sell fantastic products and regularly spec them for projects I design but their deliveries are astronomically bad. I have heard of their poor delivery service but I have now fallen victim for my own project. I ordered the product over a month ago and they have attempted to deliver it 3 times (never actually came) and have lost the product twice. I am still yet to receive the product and would suggest to think twice of specifying them given their lack of communication, no show deliveries, severe delays and shipments that get lost. Beware! I would like to add that after sharing this post, I received the product within 24hrs. As always, excellent product.

We have used Forbo flooring throughout our commercial building. The staff at the London Showroom are not only knowledgeable but go the extra mile in terms of service and understanding your specific requirements. We have never had any issues with the quailty of the product or delivery schedules. They also provide a generous quantiy of samples so that you can get a good understanding of what the finished product will look like in different areas, under different lighting.

Timewasting. Really poor. Confusing and misleading. Spent a lot of time 'researching' environmentally sound flooring for domestic purpose. and decided on old-fashioned linoleum. Understood Marmoleum is not the same product as linoleum as it stains easily and is not therefore suitable for bathroom or kitchen areas. This firm comes top of list for Google searches word linoleum and UK. Rang Forbo head office (in Scotland) and could not understand unpenetrable Scottish accent but think I understood this firm now only deals in Marmoleum not linoleum. Could not get reply from London showroom at 11.30 on weekday. You have been warned.
