It was an extremely challenging process with a completion delayed by two days because of complications at the bottom of the chain. F&E were there when we needed them. Wendy was our contact and at such an incredibly stressful time she made herself completely available to support us. Wendy was fantastic at communication and updating us as things moved and was calm and collected throughout the highly frustrating process. Have helped me and my family with various things over the years. Have always offered a free phone call to go over any problems and usually that half hour provides all the advice I need. When we have had to pay for their services it is expensive but is worth every penny and always had a good outcome. Would return and recommend.
