Booked my 11 year old son's party of 10 boys in for the Premier league experience. Was told someone would call me back to take payment. Nobody called so I called them. Turns out one staff member had booked us all in for the wrong date. The date we wanted was fully booked. And the day after. I enjoyed calling all the kids parents and cancelling the party. Absolutely useless organisation. Imagine if booking parties in at your business was your job, and you couldn't even get that right. 🤦
