If there is 0 I would give it to store on Westwood Cross, Broadstairs. My wife bought shoes for me week ago and brought it home, but I didn't like them, so said to her to give them back. Just to check the size I put them on and straight after to box. When she brought them to shop they said they have been worn and she can not get refund. Guy even disrespectfuly push them back to her and said she will not get refund. I got upset and went back to be told the same. When I asked for manager he raise the phone and said that she is not available. When I said that I will not go until I speak with her, he called security saying that I have been rude to him even that I said that I do not want to discuss with him, and I would like to speak with manager. When he went for security, I managed to ask another customer assistant to bring manager. She appeared at the same time with security which start pushing me and being loud so conversation was almost not possible. Manager hold sellers side even that she didn't take a look at the shoes, so I left shoes in the store without refund and went home. Proper teft from this shop. Never again buying here and do not recomend it to anyone!
