Went onto the store twice yesterday on two seperate occasions experianced the worst customer service. The first time i entered two of the employees were standing at the front of the shoe section. I needed help so approached them they looked at me and continued their conversation. I stood there then said excuse me. They continued there conversation i said excuse me again for them both to turn, huff and give me the filthiest look. I asked my question they didnt answer me but continued their conversation and just pointed in the direction i needed to be. He begrudgingly came over and answered my further questions but as soon as he could get back to gossiping with his fellow employee he ran off to him. The second time i entered we walked to the front desk again two guys were behind the desk chatting looked up at us looking at them saying excuse me. No acknowledgement, we then said excuse me louder to then receive another round of filthy looks and a point in the direction we needed. Every single employeee just glared at us in there and the whole experiance was just uncomfortable and must say they were disgustingly rude. Luckily we had the most amazing service in footlocker. Would avoid foot asylum for all future purchases. Customer service is a big problem. Do better.
