Can not praise staff enough! Had ordered some trainers online as a Christmas gift to only receive to left trainer! After no contact back from footasylum on there live chat and also the what’s app live chat I decided to take my incomplete order to the Coventry store. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thanks to a lad called Brad who was able to find me an alternative product in the same size and exchange it for the single left shoe.
