My ten year old daughter was referred to Foot Health UK by Tahir at Optistride. Both Kieran and Tahir worked collaboratively to identify the problem and rectify the issue. We have seen orthotic specialists in Dubai and elsewhere in the UK but Kieran and Tahir’s knowledge was extremely impressive. They identified the pain point and treated my daughter’s flat feet with better fitting insoles. The new insoles are trendy (just how a ten year old girl likes them!), discreet and extremely comfy. My daughter is now able to walk longer distances, pain free. I highly recommend Foothealth UK and Optistride.

A truly poor quality product. I always feel that only a fool would not judge by appearances and when the orthotics arrived in a zip-lock plastic bag, perhaps from Waitrose, without the inclusion of any printed matter explaining the product and its use I was wary. I have a short model and a longer model, both made for the same feet (mine) but the central padding on one is nearly 2cm to the outside edge of the other. And there are irritating steps where the contours should be smooth, as with any insole. I wore them as instructed for no more than half an hour the first day and a few hours later experience annoying lower back pain. How had this suddenly come on? A few hours later I could barely move for the pain. I hadn't had such back problems in fifteen years. Now, several days later I am still in pain and my mobility is significantly limited. The podiatrist said they could alter the orthotics, but never in a million years would I put them on again.This is a rubbish product. Is it also quack medicine?

I have been working with Kieran for around 6 months now and he is someone I consider to be world class within his field. Finding someone who can design and prescribe orthotics to the highest standard and within a local radius has been very challenging, but thanks to Kieran and foothealth we have definitely overcome this challenge. A large volume of our patients are now wearing 3D printed orthotics designed by Kieran, and the results speak for them self. Not to mention the ongoing support, mentorship and training that is provided is exceptional, and for this reason I would recommend him to anyone. I am very grateful to have such a good partnership with foot health UK, and I have already recommended several other clinics who are getting the same results.

Sam helped me with a software issue I had with scanning orthotics - very patient and resolved my problem. Amazing overall health improvement since purchasing these orthotics. I purchased the custom made flip flops in black and have worn them every day throughout spring and summer. The orthotic insoles that I purchased also fit so well in my trainers and shoes for work, as they are so thin you wouldnt know they were there. People have commented on how good my posture is and how good my legs look. I have had them nearly a year now and I no longer have neck pain or lower back pain or pain in my feet. As a type 1 diabetic, these have been the best health investment I have ever made, and health means happiness to me. I cannot thank Tanya at Belvoir foot health clinic enough for advising and prescribing the Foot health uk orthotics to me. Highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with the professional service provided by this company. The high quality orthotics supplied have been so helpful in alleviating intense pain caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis from which I have suffered for the past 20 years. I am hopeful that they will enable me to walk much more comfortably and for longer periods of time, something which had been becoming increasingly difficult and uncomfortable.
