Went to the Apple Store for a battery and was told they could not change it because my screen had a small crack. They asked for £69 for a battery and a further £179 for a replacement screen. Went to FoneXtras instead and Smile put my mind at rest and demonstrated that he could open the phone without needed to change the screen. He fitted a new battery and the cost was much lower than the £69 quoted by apple. Highly recommend this store for all of your phone repairs.

I would highly recommend FoneXtras for anyone looking for genuine, trustworthy, and reliable kinda of service! My experience is based on a professional engineer/IT specialist who is called Ismail Radwan. My phone basically was not charging at all and I didn’t have any clue what to do!!! Ismail checked my phone and responded to my enquiry in a timely manner. Where my battery was replaced and full service provided for my phone. Moreover, he ensured fully cleaning the socket that he had to put effort in it as well. I was worried about the notification in the settings about the battery as its not from Apple but guess what! He solved this one as well. Thanks Ismail for being very professional and respectful.
