I was offered one price for my old phone which I confirmed and received the confirmation email with this agreed price. Once my old phone had been received FonePal, I received an email saying that they’d had server issues and that they couldn’t offer me the confirmed amount but £100 less! After a number of very unprofessional emails and horrific customer service, they refused to honour the initial amount that was CONFIRMED to me and I had to accept the offer for £100 less. I will not be using FonePal again.
