Took my phone in for a glass back screen repair on my iPhone 11 they damaged it even more, now had to buy a brand new phone as they swapped out my battery for a rubbish one and the speaker now doesn’t work. When I go to turn my phone on the apple logo comes on and switches back off. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They switch out your apple parts to dodgy fake parts

Paid £60 to replace a Huawei screen. When I pointed out the new screen was cracked while being fitted, I was given a cheap cover and a screen protector to compensate and told to see how that goes! One week later, the screen has not protected the phone at all and the screen has broken further. Owner wants to fit another screen at my cost!!! Not recommended, there is another 2 phone shops nearby opposite home bargains, I'll risk using them in future

Great team in there i highly recommend. I went else where first to a small shop on the corner witch i won’t mention the name (daniel’s electrical) but they made matters worse. Fone Hive is the only place you need to go. They sorted my Iphone quick & easy.

Went here with the wife to get her a new mobile phone. First impressions shop was small, everything looked cluttered, there was a nice selection of phones to look at all at a reasonable price. I did buy the wife a new phone the only downfall was when I came to pay with my gold card, the shop assistant said we don't take card although he had a card machine on the counter. I said why have you got a machine if you only take cash, he was lost for words he couldn't answer. I went to the hole in the wall and came back with the cash. I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon.
