A very belated review, but about a month ago I called in with my phone that had died, seemingly without explanation during my working day, but Marissa quickly diagnosed it as a cracked screen and got the phone working again. I had to take it back a fortnight later due to ongoing issues (not their fault) but they dealt with the problem with the same patience as before. I could see that fixing it tested her skills but she was more than capable. The only downside is that a phone case I bought from them at the time is falling apart already but for customer service, skill and knowledge I highly recommend these guys. I recommend them without hesitation. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get round to this but it’s fully deserved.

So I just bought a case & a screen protector £24.99 put on so badly with so many bubbles on it it's actually slipped off & lost it's stick just by using my phone's touchscreen Not even been on 2 hours yet & I've put it in the bin Such a waste of £15 so the quality of screen protectors is near on useless- the guy who put it on said they would fall out over time but I think what he meant was the protector will fall off.. It never fitted the phone with a massive gap all around the screen so my thinking is it was for a different model.. AS YOUR SEE FROM MY RECEIPT ITS NOT BEEN 2 HOURS AVOID THESE BODGERS AT ALL COST

Took my Xiaomi Poco F3 5G (Android) in for repair - scratched camera lens cover. Ready in 10 minutes and then magically as good as new. Impossible to tell it was ever damaged. So pleased. And the guy behind the desk has a wonderful manner with people - many older customers, never belittles them, helpful and also makes them feel valued. So they all want to stop and chat to him! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED repair service. I wish I could give more stars!
