Asked for a ipad 2020 charger. He didn't have a clue if it's was 7th 8th or 10th gen. Gave the wrong charger. Went home gave it to my daughter. She opened the the box n it was 7th gen the old charger. Came back to shop to change it. 'Box damaged they cant change' even though i asked for for the correct charger and they gave me the wrong charger. If you ever buy a product from this store asked them to give a trial on how to open a box. Because if you dont open in certain way then if the product is incorrect or damaged then you are in fault. After sale service well no service at all. They got ur money n they gave you incorrect product it's your fault.
